How do you avoid SCAMMERS?
It is impossible to totally avoid HYIP scams since recent statistics revealed that over 90% of HYIP's / Gold Games run off with some of their member's money.
However, you can reduce the risk drastically by simply following the steps I outline below:
- New programs usually are very good place to earn money, but: You need to estimate a "price of a program", i.e, how much cost for admin to create a program. If a program has it's own domain, it's a good sign, that admin is going to run a program for a long time. If a website looks not "cheap", not poor, it's one more good sign. Even if an admin is a scammer, you can risk to take part there, and will win!
- One tip to investors is to check with the program admin to see who created the software for the site.
- Private (not public) programs usually work for a long time. Usually it's possible to enter such programs by invitation only.
- It's recomended to contact administrator of a program by e-mail. Quick response is a good sign.
- Ask the Admin for as much personal information as possible. Also, check out all the information he / she provides. If he / she gives a phone number, then give them a call. If an address is given, then check it out for authenticity by looking at online phonebooks, and other databases. The more information that is available, the less likely it is that the admin will take the chance of scamming hundreds of people out of their investments.
- Get the IP(internet protocol) Address of any HYIP program as soon as possible, to know where they are located. Use a trace program like "Neotrace". Check this with the groups updated BAD IP list.
- Get the registrants information. Use http://geektools.com/whois.php or http://domainwhitepages.com
- Always review the forum of a program to learn about the program before taking part there.
- Is the HYIP spamming you or others by emailing hundreds or thousands of individuals with their advertisement? If they are breaking the law by spamming hundreds or thousands of people, then how can you trust them with your hard earned money?
- Please remember to do your homework before investing. You will never be able to completely avoid scams, but you can learn to improve your odds of increasing your profit by reading the investmentprograms group mails.
All the best,
